How do you ensure candidates are qualified and a good fit?

Our rigorous screening process includes skill assessments, English proficiency exams, background checks, and cultural fit evaluations. We tailor our vetting process to your business needs, ensuring every candidate matches your expectations.  

What happens if a full-time hire doesn’t work out?

We offer a 3-month replacement guarantee for full-time hires. If the candidate doesn’t meet your expectations within this period, we’ll replace them at no additional cost.
